My Journey

I’ve been a Physical Therapist for over a decade, but my education didn’t really begin until I stepped outside the traditional PT box.


After becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Licensed Athletic Trainer, I worked with athletes, active adults, weekend warriors, and everyone in between. But something wasn’t adding up.

I kept seeing the same pattern:
People would come to me after trying chiro, acupuncture, massage, dry needling, and even other PT clinics, and they were still in pain.


They were doing all the “right” things — band work, basic stretches, generic strengthening... yet nothing created lasting change.

I knew the basics weren’t enough.

Everything shifted for me when I dissected a human cadaver during my doctorate.


Seeing the fascial slings, muscle chains, and neural pathways with my own eyes completely changed how I viewed the human body. It wasn’t a group of isolated muscles... it was a connected, integrated system.

That moment sent me down a path of advanced biomechanics, sling training, rotational movement, and human performance that went far beyond traditional PT school.

As a prior college athlete myself, I wasn’t willing to slow down as I aged.


Cardio only left me weak and unhappy with my body.
HIIT left me exhausted with no real progress
Bodybuilding style workouts left my joints aching.
Nothing actually trained my body the way I needed it to function in real life.

So I built what was missing.
